New York Times: no Change in Definition of Gender.

That is, the New York Board of Health withdrew their proposal to allow people to change their birth certificate, in part because proposed federal changes might have "forced them to scrap it" anyway, which strikes me as an incredibly lame argument. Whatever, the house is just going to get dirty again, anyway, so why clean it? The bills are just going to arrive again next month, so why pay them? BOO.
